For each magnet set purchased, we donate to organizations that plant trees, helping to combat deforestation all around the world. 3. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply visit our homepage, click “create your set”, upload your photos, crop/adjust photos to your liking, add to cart, and complete the checkout process. We will handle the rest and ensure your custom photo magnets are printed and shipped to you.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?
Since our magnets are custom-made, we begin production soon after your order is placed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible! Once the printing process has begun, we cannot offer cancellations or changes.
5. What kind of photos are best for my photo magnets?
To ensure your magnets turn out as beautifully as possible, please upload high-quality, well-lit, clear images.
6. How do I care for my photo magnets?
To keep your magnets looking their best, wipe them gently with a soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Photo magnets are durable but should be kept away from extreme heat or moisture.
7. Can I use my magnet outdoors?
Our magnets are designed for indoor use on refrigerators, magnetic boards, lockers, or other metallic surfaces. Exposure to direct sunlight, rain, or other harsh outdoor conditions can cause the photo to fade over time.
8. Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Yes! We offer a discounted photo magnet set of 50, which is listed on our product page. For orders of more than 200 magnets, please contact us for a quote. Discounts for larger orders vary depending on the quantity and design specifics. Let us know how we can help!
9. What happens to my planted tree contribution with an order refund request?
If you receive a refund for your order, the corresponding tree planting donation will be reversed as well. Since the donation is tied to the purchase, it will not be counted towards our tree planting goal. However, we remain committed to our environmental efforts and will continue to plant trees through future orders!
