1. Custom Orders:
Since all of our photo magnets are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized items unless there is an error on our part, such as incorrect images, text, or product defects.
2. Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We may ask for a photo of the damaged item to help us resolve the issue promptly. We will offer a replacement or refund for the defective product, at your preference.
3. Non-Custom Items:
For non-custom or ready-made photo magnets, we offer a 30 day return policy from the date of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
4. How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a refund or return, please email us at Hello@LunacadoMagnets.com with your order number, reason for the return, and supporting photos (if applicable). We will guide you through the return process.
5. Shipping Costs:
If a return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., a defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. However, for returns based on customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
6. Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected. Once your refund is processed, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank for more information.
